Photocopy- Free if you have your own bondpaper. Php 1.00 per page if the librarian provides the paper. (Black print only)

Scan- Free for teachers if lesson related. For personal document, the fee is Php 2.00 per page.

Internet- for web search only (google, yahoo, Wikipedia, blog or other search engines). This will be used to work on assignments for school and class/lesson, DepEd related. Not to be used for recreation or free choice (games, videos, personal email)

eBooks/ Audiobook/ videos- PDF short stories, novels, documentaries , history, video lessons. Soft copies are saved on the library desktop. Ask the help of librarian. These are not for sale and don’t sell it. J

Books– (47-50 copies) per visit. Teachers should fill out the form 3 and checkout form and return on the same day. Readers should fill out the book cards at the back. These 47-50 book copies are borrowed from our library hub (Potrero ES).

DVD tapes/movies- Teachers can borrow atleast 3 title per visit; fill out the check-out form. These should return when not needed anymore or before the end of SY. Movies are soft copies, check the list (available) on our elem. library website. Bring your own flash drive (USB), 3 titles per visit. These are not for sale. For private viewing rooms should strictly limit the viewing to one individual or a very small group and should not levy charges or fees.

Genres are: Adventure, animation, educational, history war, about geniuses and inspirational movies. Softcopy movies are auto returned.

LIBRARY ID

Ask the librarian for the procedures. First library ID is free, if you lost and want to have a request, the fee is Php 5.00. Write your name and address in the form.

Note: Your fees will use to buy additional new books.
